Fred and Fred in the background. There were two couples dining whose names were Fred and Kristine but this Fred wasn't a part of the couples. Romantic table shot highlighting the quickles (quick pickles). The first course was a fresh herb salad with Blue Cheese dressing Californica made with a local blue. None of the locals had ever thought of doing 'that' to a cheese OR to a salad. Funny, because simply beginning with a salad was not meant to be the surprising part of this meal.
